Please note:
Below is a sample of a layout for a ceremony, you have lots of choice and freedom to pick the enhancements you want, which will be added into your 
ceremony in a well choreographed way so it all flows nicely 

Sample of Wedding Format for Legal Wedding Ceremonies

  • Music/Processional (Choose a piece for this)

  • Opening words & Introductions (Celebrant)

  • Candle enhancement (It’s nice to have a short piece of music playing in the background)

  • Remembering the departed (same as above)

  • First reading/Poem (Choose this and the person reading it)

  • Couples love story (Celebrant)

  • Second reading/Poem (Choose this and the person reading it)

  • Vow exchange (Legal & Personal) (Oathing stone enhancement here if you wish)

  • Ring exchange

  • Second/middle candle gets lit by couple or sand ceremony

  • Signing the register (1 or 2 pieces of music needed to accommodate photos)

  • Handfasting/Sand ceremony/Time capsule/Tree planting etc.

  • Pronouncement

  • Walk down the Aisle (Choose your final piece of music for this)

 

Notes:

  • Readings - pick one or two

  • Enhancements – pick two or three, any more becomes too confusing

  • Music – 3 main pieces, one entrance, one at the signing of the register and one for leaving as a united couple, you may want a small piece for candle ceremony/rembrance.

  • Third reading (if desired)

  • Hand fasting

  • Readings - pick one or two

  • Enhancements – pick two or three, any more becomes too confusing

  • Music –  three songs, one entrance, one at the certificate signing or between readings and one for leaving as a united couple.
